Simon previously worked across multiple banking and finance roles before becoming a mortgage broker. He made the move to have a more direct impact on his clients by providing access to a wider range of flexible lending products suited to their individual needs.
Simon specialises in residential home loans, refinancing and construction loans. He works with first-home buyers, including those entering the property market with as little as a 5% deposit, as well as experienced investors looking to refinance, access equity or expand their property portfolios.
For Simon, mortgage broking is about creating value beyond arranging a loan. He keeps his clients informed about market changes and regularly reviews their interest rates, property values and available equity. By understanding their circumstances and long-term goals, he helps identify opportunities they may not have thought were possible.
Outside of work, Simon has trained and competed in Muay Thai kickboxing for several years. He also enjoys exploring Melbourne and capturing its natural landscapes with his drone.
